Mr. Dodson is Chairman and Founder of the Duke group of companies founded in 2001, and has been an active lead investor, Board Member and operator of manufacturing companies in the US, India, and Europe. Today, Duke manufacturing companies provide various complex components for the aerospace, automotive, electrical and energy industries, on three continents employing more than 2,000. Prior to Duke, Stanton served as Executive Chairman and was co-founder of US Dataworks, a publicly-listed financial services company that processes more than 2 Billion financial transactions annually for the US Treasury, the Federal Reserve Bank, and several leading banks. He currently serves as Chairman of Duke Industries, and served on the Board of Directors of Autoline Industries Limited, which is expected to achieve $180 million in revenue for 2012 Fiscal year, an industry roll-up of Precision Engineered Components manufacturers of which Duke grew 10-fold as the largest shareholder and led the company to an IPO on the Bombay Stock Exchange. Mr. Dodson studied at the University of South Carolina and the London School of Economics. He is a Board Member of Duke Corporation Ltd., Family Care (India), TacForce Security Solutions, and Transport Solutions India.
